Fans not working. Car overheating.
Wired fans to battery, they work. Still running little hot. And suggestions?

Hi,

First, when the engine is cold, remove the radiator cap and make sure the coolant level is full. Don't rely on the coolant reservoir.

If the fans are running and it is still running hot, then I would suggest replacing the thermostat and flushing the radiator. I don't know if you have already done this or not. However, that is where I would start.

Here are two links. One explains how to flush the radiator and the other explains how to replace a thermostat.

Let me know if this helps or if you have other questions.

Take care,

Joe
