No signs of water in oil or oil in water, no smoke no smell. Changed radiator, water pump, thermo, sensor, reservoir cap and a small hose where heater core was bypassed. Flushed bled and yet air still gets in there. I open the bleeder valve and lots of air. Please help! No leaks either.

Hello,

It's possible that air is just trapped in the coolant system from the last time the coolant was drained from the vehicle. I've attached the refill and air bleed procedure below.

This repair guide gives some helpful tips for the coolant flush and refill procedure:

Once you've followed the air bleed procedure, if the vehicle is still overheating, you may want to pressure check the coolant system to help you spot any pinhole leaks. This repair guide can help you with that process:

Have you been able to verify that the cooling fans are working properly?

If there's anything else we can help with, please let us know.

Thanks, Wendy W.
