My car misfires on one cylinder and overheats in about twenty minutes while I drive it. I pressure tested the radiator and the pressure goes away in about three minutes and there is never water in the radiator even after I fill it up it leaks out.

You need to get a head check done, this is a quick and simple chemical test to determine if there is any combustion leak into the cooling system. This can indicate a blown head gasket. A compression test on the misfiring cylinder will also be a help and a visual indication of coolant in the cylinder is a dirty brown stain on the spark plug. Start with the head check a mechanic can do this test in just a few minutes, often while you wait. Post back with the findings for further advice.
