The car overheats. I have replaced a radiator, thermostat, water pump. The car still overheats. I did flush the lines and bled the air out. I did notice steam coming from the back of the reservoir last night. I have not checked the fan yet. I am
desperate for help. Are all the hoses supposed to be hot to the touch? Thanks for any help.

Hello,

Yes the cooling fan must work or the engine will over heat. Turn the air conditioner on and the fan should come on within thirty seconds.

Here are a couple of guides to help you get the problem fixed.
