Bought 94 Yukon put it on highway was running fine then started to. Over heat pulled over let it cool off, off I go again temp reads a little over 260 then shoots to the red now its losing pressure it slowed down u hear a light clung then cut off try to start but battery was drain

260 is way too hot for the engine. Are you sure the battery is dead? Did you check to make sure the serp belt didn't break? What happens when you try to start it? Any lights? Does anything electrical work?
