Overheating

I have replaced all intake gaskets, manifold gaskets, battery, starter, fuel filter, the extra sensor, and now it is running hot! Which when I got it out of the shop it was running between 100 and 210. Whati s the issue?

It sounds like you may have a blown head gasket or a stuck thermostat.
