overheating

Car is heating up fast the fans are kicking on i just replaced the water pump and added coolant there isn't any water in oil i noticed the drive belt tensioner pulley is wobbly another thing i noticed was the radiator cap was leaking water from the top what could be causing the problem please help

fill with coolant nd have pressure checked for internal leaks, replace rad caps first. then have blet checked along with tensioner recommended replacement of belt and tensioner is 60,000 mi
