My temperature was normal all the time and yesterday. I stopped with my friend and kept A/C on and talked for a while in the car and I noticed the temperature going up slowly. I checked the fan and it was running fine. As temperature reached more than half I got a bit worried and started to drive and thought will park near my house and check. So after it started moving bit, the temperature came down to normal and after parking also it stayed normal. Is this going to be a problem in future?

Hi,

If the cooling fan was running, but it did return to normal after driving, chances are it was simply related to the outside temperature. What I would suggest is to simply make sure the coolant is full, there are no leaks, and keep an eye on it. If the problem returns, let me know. Oddly enough, since it returned to normal when driving, I don't think it's a thermostat issue. Perhaps you may want to flush the cooling system if it happens again.

Here is a link that explains how it's done:

Let me know if it happens again or if you have other questions.

Take care,
Joe
