Overfilled oil, white smoke?

I accidentally overfilled my oil. I drained a bunch of it and got it back to the appropriate levels but it's still blowing white smoke from the exhaust when I accelerate. The car is fine otherwise. Sounds great. Doesn't overheat. Accelerates fine. It's just an oily smell; I've had a coolant leak before, so I know what that smells like. And the oil isn't foaming or anything either. Just the white smoke.

Is it just going to burn off excess oil? Or is there something else wrong with it?

Hi,

How overfull was it? Also, normally oil burning is blue in color. Coolant is white when it burns. Pay attention to see if the coolant is lowering.

Let me know how much overfull it was. Also, if you could make a video of what you are seeing and upload it for me to see, it may help.

Let me know.
