overfill transmission fluid

car is very over filled transmission fluid. i am going to drain a liter out. at moment car barely drives is it problem with over filled?

Yes you should never drive a car with an overfull transmission, it will foam the fluid and cause the transmission to burn up. Here is a guide that will help you drain some out and then install the correct amount:
