On my way out of state o/d light is flashing.

Hello,

When the overdrive light flashes it typically means a malfunction in the transmission.
It can happen due to excessive slippage, based on the input and output shaft speed sensors.
It could be the range sensors or could be the solenoids.
Is your vehicle running as usual?
You need have the Transmission Control Module tested for the fault codes.
Which will help determine the issue.
