Overdrive light flashing?

At least once a day, my overdrive light will flash. When I turn off the vehicle and turn it back on, it quits flashing. I don’t have any problems with my transmission except for a rare and occasional slip. Is the TC going bad or could it be a bad overdrive solenoid or speed sensor?

I have seen the input speed sensor cause this problem, but we should run the codes to see what comes up.

Also, I have included the location of the input speed sensor in the images below. It is the sensor on the left. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
