The overdrive shuts off after about 10 or 15 miles and then kicks back on a little while and turns back off. I changed the solenoids and I deleted the check valve. not sure what else it could be.

Hi,

Are there any diagnostic trouble codes stored? Also, can you let me know if this is 4wd and what size engine it has?

As far as codes, you should scan the entire can to see if anything is stored in any of the modules. Here is a video that shows how it is done:

Let me know if that is what you have already done or if you do have codes.

Take care,
Joe
