Overheats in warm temperature with A/C on at idle (225) and in slow traffic (210-220). Possible fan clutch?

Those numbers actually look normal? Is the the temperature gauge actually going to the red hot?

No, but shouldn't the fan turn on to bring temperature down?

Not necessarily. The fan will not cause the vehicle to run below 200 degrees. That temp is ideal for optimal performance and emissions control. If there is an issue the temp gauge will climb up to the hot mark and cause drive-ability issues.
