Welcome to 2carpros.com

Does it overheat when you are at highway speeds or does it seem to only happen when you are in stop and go traffic? Have you noticed if the cooling fans are turning on when the engine is hot? Also, are there any coolant leaks and have you flushed the radiator to make sure it is clear?

Here are a few links you may find of interest. Let me know the specifics and if there is something that seems to make it happen.

Let me know if any of that helps or if you have other questions.

Take care,
Joe

We replaced the coolant sensor gauge. Now it doesn't overheat.

Welcome back:

Do you replace the gauge itself or the sensor?
