All of a sudden, I noticed the temperature gauge was all the way hot. I pulled over and the radiator cap wasn't hot at all, but the top hose was very hot. I was even able to take the cap off without it spewing.

I did finally see that it was leaking coolant from somewhere, I just can't tell exactly where until I take it all apart.

So, as it is now, I can drive it for the first time of the day about 2 miles before it starts getting hotter than normal, and about 1 to 2 more miles and it gets all the way hot.

So, the fact that there was no pressure inside the cooling system means there is a leak. Here is a guide to help you see what's going on and how to find the leak:

Please be careful when working with the hot engine so you don't get burned. Check the hoses, water pump and radiator which are the main areas of leaks. Please go over this guide and get back to us.
