Overheating

Car over heated. It was on the red. I pulled over waited to for it to cool down. Added antifreeze to. I turned on the car it started to overheat again then I waited for it to completely cool down went to the store. Put antifreeze in the radiator. It seemed like it cooled down. But when I put the heat on it would go up meaning start to overheat again and then I put an the AC it would cool down. I finally got home, and I see steam come out over the back driver side engine. So, I did some research on it and came up with there is air in my system and there the steam was coming from the water outlet. What do you think?
Also, one more question does that water outlet have a sensor in it or no?

Hello,

There are few different reasons why an engine can overheat. It could be stuck thermostat, bad water pump, faulty radiator, inoperative cooling fan etc.

Best approach would be to look at the possibilities one by one.
One of the most common overheating reason is a stuck closed thermostat. When a thermostat fails at the closed position, it can overheat the engine fast.
Usually when a thermostat is stuck closed you will have temperature difference between the upper and lower radiator hose. One will be hot and other will be noticeably cooler (by comparison).

Do you know if your cooling fans are coming on?

Check the hoses and see if there is temperature difference, this can point to a bad thermostat.

I know that video may be hard to tell but can you tell me if that is my water outlet under them wires it was spitting out fluid. I believe it is but just not sure.

Now I am getting heat, so I know it not the thermostat closed. And when I put the coolant in to the radiator it was coming back up Indicating that there was air in the coolant system. And I am leaking coolant from the top right side of the engine by the battery and air filter that side.

It is hard to tell from the pictures you uploaded. Can you possibly have a different angle?
The top right side should have the thermostat housing. The gasket around that housing can leak.
