Overheating after traveling at least five miles

During normal usage there is no overheating. When I install a residential snow plough and travel any distance the overheating occurs, no real indication of overheating while actually using the plough. I only use the plough to clean small to medium driveways.
The overheating occurs after traveling least than five miles.

Sadly not an uncommon issue. Most plows block a lot of the air to cool the engine. You need a top notch cooling system with a larger radiator and extra fans to keep them cool. I plowed a lot of years with Jeeps and when I switched to S-Series trucks discovered the same problem. The best solution I ever came up with was the largest radiator that was offered an extra fan and Evans waterless coolant. Never ran hot again.
You could try a coolant flush and fresh dexcool, but I am not sure it will make much difference as you are pushing a big sail down the road.
