overheating

The car has a new radiator, water pump, thermostat and no leaks. when I do 55 the temperature goes up two bars above normal and when I slow down it drops back down. What is up?

What was the opening temperature of the thermostat that you installed. In the diagrams down below I have included the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) part number as well as the specs for that thermostat so you can compare it to the one that you installed in your vehicle. Please get back to us with what you are able to find out.
