Coolant leaks into resolver, but does not recirculate back into the radiator. It would just overflow the resolver container. I had change the thermostat and coolant. Problem still persist. What can it be? Do I need new radiator or the water could be bad?

Good morning,

I would start by replacing the radiator cap. One of the valves in the cap may be bad.

I replace new cap and radiator and I still have the same problem. The coolant would drain into the reserve reservoir, but would not drain back into the radiator, and I would have to keep refilling. Any thoughts what else it could be?

Okay, you need to pressure test the system. The only way the cap will recover the coolant is if the system is in a vacuum. If it has a leak, there is no vacuum.

You can rent a pressure tester at a parts store.
