My car's cooling not kick on. All sensors, relay and fuse are okay. When I unplug the EST sensor plug off, the fans not work. My questions are, what is possible cause? And there is sensor in fan housing on passenger side would you tell me its function and it is has a role in this problem?

Hello,

The extra component in the fan shroud is Electric Coolant Temperature sensor 2 (ECT 2). Also, I have included the information that you requested in the diagrams down below, an exploded diagram of the cooling system and a troubleshooting chart for the cooling system as well as a wiring diagram. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you.

Thanks,
Alex

Not that sensor I mean. It is another one on fan housing. It may be a resistor and has heat think facing the air pull by fan. What is its name and does it a cause my problem?

Hello again,

I'm not sure what you are talking about. If you could take a picture and upload it for me that would be great. I have included a second diagram from our other resource manual and it shows the same components on the fan assembly for your vehicle. I have hi lighted them and included it in the diagrams down below.

Thanks,
Alex
