still I get engine overheating?

I have replaced the head gasket and water pump but still I get overheat.

When the engine is overheating do you hear the radiator cooling fans come on? If not, this will be the problem. Here is a guide to help us see what's going on:

Also, how is the radiator? I have seen these get clogged up both internally and externally. Here is how to change out the radiator cooling fan motor so you can put 12 volts to it to see if it works.
