I just need to know if the over drive should be off or on with normal driving.

On, this will let your engine rev lower at higher speeds. This will save you fuel at higher speed. Thank you so much for coming to 2CarPros!

Yep, you want to run OD as much as possible. The times you want to switch it off are if you are towing or climbing steep grades/roads and the engine seems to struggle.
