If the door button is the only thing that is not working, then this is not a fuse issue.
Basically, the keyless entry module is what controls this operation.
This is just an open switch that when you press the button, you close the circuit, and the module sees that this circuit goes from an open circuit to closed and it opens or locks the lock.
Does the passenger side handle work? Just make sure you have the key in a close proximity, or it may not work.
If the driver door is the only one, then more than likely you have water intrusion in the door handle, and it has shorted out the switch in the handle.
What I would do is remove the door panel and jump the switch and look for corrosion in the connector. If the key is in your hand, then when you jump the terminals it should work. This confirms the switch is the issue.

If it doesn't then you need to check voltage coming from the module and then check the ground. It could be a wiring issue or the module issue.
However, this vehicle could still have a warranty on it. If the mileage is accurate then it is out of the basic warranty, but this may be covered under some extended warranties, and it is worth checking.
I attached the wiring diagrams below that will help with this. Thanks
