Where is the output speed sensor located?

Hello, it looks like the Output (Countershaft) Speed sensor is located under the air cleaner box. Will add diagrams to it. In the 5th diagram you can see what the back of one of the cooling fans looks like, it must be the driver side fan. It's 3-wire connector, the 3rd diagram has the wiring colors to the connector. Being a 3-wire sensor it most likely has a reference voltage on Pin 1 (Yellow wire with a blue stripe). It will be a 5volt or 12volt reference feed. With the Key On you should read a voltage across pins 1 and 3. Pin 3 is the Ground. I will try to find out what kind of sensor this is. But probably a Hall Effect sensor.
Being that Pin 1 is shared with the APP sensor, it will be a 5volt Reference Feed on pin 1 of the Output Speed sensor.
Are you getting a circuit code for the sensor?
Diagrams 8 to 16 is the Flow Chart for circuit testing if it turns out to be more than just a bad sensor.
