How to replace output sensor

Light is on in car. Probe reads replace output sensor. Output sensor (green, yellow, blue wires).

Hello,

The output sensor is at the top of the transmission here is a diagrams below to show you where. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
