27 foot pounds. Here's what I found for your vehicle. I'm not sure what to make of the last two. The knuckle is typically another name for the spindle which has the steering arm cast as part of it on most vehicles. On yours, the steering arm is part of the strut, not the knuckle.

Adjusting Sleeve Pinch Bolt. 34 Nm (25 ft. Lbs.)
To Strut Steering Arm Nut. 37 Nm (27 ft. Lbs.)
Tie Rod End To Knuckle. 61 Nm (45 ft. Lbs.)
