Replaced the OSS and TSS sensors. After doing so there is still a loud cranking noise when putting vehicle into gear. Once accelerating it takes the car a minute to take off. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Good morning,

Those sensors have nothing to do with this issue.

Why did you replace them? Were there any codes?

How long since you changed the fluid and filter?

Codes didn't show up. The passenger side airbag, check engine light, and low tire pressure dash lights were flashing. Replaced sensors after being told it would take care of the problem. The dashboard lights are now fixed. Replaced the fluid and filter yesterday while changing out the sensors. Not long before this the PCM was sent off for repairs and seemed to be working fine.
thanks for your help.

Okay, is it fixed since the PCM repair or do you still have the issue?

The PCM repair was the very first thing that was done. It seemed to run fine for a few weeks then that’s when the issues with the lights and gears changing trouble started.

Do you think it may be something in the transmission? Maybe a noiseless or something? Vehicle doesn’t shimmer at all.

Did anyone check the battery and the cables for being clean and tight? Dirty battery cables and low voltage are common failures.
