original key was broken new one made but without keyless entry remote

when i try to turn on car all it does is click and nothing else all the panel lights turn on the doors unlock with key in it other than that it does not turn on please help its the only car i have right now please

If vehicle is equipped with immbilizer, you need to transfer the transponder chip to the new key. If you still have the original key, tape it to the new key and try cranking.
