Hello friends, I already did some test and found that the Starter Relay is not getting the voltage
from the Fuse (No 12v at terminal 30 of CB).

The car will crank and start if relay jumped.

I see a point S123 that is going to be inside the fuse box, does anyone have a schematic of this fuse box (2008 Version)?

Does the Ignition Switch fuse supply voltage to other places not related to the starting circuit?

The reason I ask that, if while testing, applying the direct 12v, the panel showed "Low Oil" and that's not the case, so maybe that sensor is not getting voltage either. Thanks

Yep, this happens when the TIPM goes out. Here is the starter system and relay wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works, and I have included how to change out the TIPM which is easy because it-self learns. Check out the images (below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.

Thanks for responding so fast, however as you know, had been modifications on PT Cruisers from 2006 and UP as I had found. So, I want to make clear, in your photo the starter relay in in the PDC, however on mine seen to be and the firewall, there are 2, but only 1 in the right (not the left) shows 100% continuity to the solenoid from what in your photo will be point 4 and the solenoid. I can even apply 12 volts there and will crank. The other one should be the auto-shutdown. On all schematics that I had seen they show that relay in the bottom of your picture marked with C3. But? Witch one is that relay on the Fusebox (PDC) as indicated on the photo? Thanks, remember this is a "Thermal Problem" or started as a thermal problem in other words, you can go and start the car, let it run for 3-5 minutes, shut it off re-start and it will not crank, or try and stop, but most of the time it would not crank at all, after it cranked the first time.

Can you test the red wire going into the ignition switch to see if it has power when the starter is not working? We should be able to track down where you lose power by using the starter wiring diagrams above. If not I would replace the TIPM.

Just arriving from weekend trip, I going to re-start the tests, because I had been breaking the sequence, also had been very hot here, and wife have a rental, believe it or not both cars (Hers and Mine) broke down the same day! And another problem is that this is intermittent, sometimes the car does not want to break down, so I have to keep trying.
But before I proceed, I want to say Thanks to all of you! And I will keep promoting this website. Back to you soon. (If my head does not blow up first) :)

In the next 3 days I will be checking the points with a question mark.
Too hot here, we almost reached 100 F the other day, and I play on the bowling league on Wed. I am posting this for references, noticed the relay pinout.

Thanks Ken, I just arrived from shopping, and it is very hot outside.
I am not moving a finger on "Petunia" (Car's Name), but I will be back here
so, you can collect, modify the post, when, if ever I find the problem.
But too hot, poof. Keep the good work, you guys are great.
