Open door light on dash?

My passenger side got T-boned. I found replacement doors and the passenger back door will no longer open. My problem is I need to know how to bypass the circuit to tell the dash that the doors are closed.

Hello, are you getting a door ajar message on the dash? It looks like the door ajar switches all ground a circuit with then goes back to the Smart Junction Box on a "Sense" circuit. This vehicle also has a couple auto lock features, and I see some models also have a Keyless entry keypad. Not sure if yours has this option. But Ill post the OEM wiring diagrams for you for the door locks and actuators, as well as the reprogramming procedure for the auto lock system.

Diagram 1 is the Door AJAR switches, which the Passenger side rear switch has a normally closed position, so that's with the door closed, the switch goes open when the door is opened. Now the Front Door AJAR switches do the opposite, when the door is closed the switch is open, and then when the door is opened the switch goes closed. So, you'll have to note that. If you look really close you can see the AJAR position of the pass side rear door is the switches 2nd position. These switches are pulled to Ground when operated, and most likely do not have any resistance to them, but you could check if needed. If they show no resistance, (so it's just an open/closed type switch), you could ground the black/violet wire which goes to Ground location G301.
But also note how many connectors there are in that one circuit for the rear passenger door switch. Any one of those could have been damaged in the crash, we should be able to look up their locations if needed.

The 2nd diagram is the Door Lock Actuators which have a circuit breaker built into the actuator, you can see that just after the motor symbol.

Diagram 3 is the two Front Door Lock switches. And the 4th diagram is the Keyless entry keypad.
Diagrams 5,6 are the programming steps for the AutoLock system. And I'll add the Handles, Locks, Latches and Entry System operations diagram in the next post so it's not so confusing.

Not what I need help with. I need to bypass the open door light on the dash by bypassing the circuit in the doors.

That's what the Door switches are for. If the door warning lamp is on, and you think it is because of the right rear door, then the "Sense" door switch is reading High, and the switch is open circuit, or the wiring is open circuit. This is how it operates. If the circuit is missing the G301 Ground, the Sense circuit will also keep the lamp on.
The Smart Junction Box (SJB) can also store diagnostic trouble codes itself, so if you have a full system scan done of the vehicle there will be codes stored that can direct you to the circuit that is having issues.
Any lights on the Instrument Cluster are turned on by a message from another module on the CAN bus network, this isn't a simple circuit with one wire and a door switch, it's an integrated network.

This is the code that will be stored for a Right Rear Door Ajar circuit failure.
This is the pinpoint testing for the right rear door Ajar switch, it is a 12v reference on the yellow wire coming from the SJB, if there's 12v (more than 10v). Next you unplug the switch and measure the voltage between the yellow wire and black/violet, it should read 12volts if G301 is good and there is voltage coming from the SJB. I think you will find either the ground or voltage is missing, it's not a difficult circuit to diagnose, in 10 minutes you can figure out what's missing causing the light to stay on.
