1999 Opel Vita wont start just cranks engine check on 10amp

1999 Opel Vita 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 112km miles

my opel vita 1.4 gls 1999 just stop on me. i i checked the fuses n discovered 2 10amp fuses were blown since then i have not been able to start the engine and also the green pipe from the actuator is disconnected and i dont know where to fix it what do i do?

your local autoparts store will supply a repair manual with details of where to connect the pipe .. check the immoboliser is turned off
