2001 Opel Vectra P0715-04 / P0773-0A

hi there! How can i solved the turbine wheel speed sensor circuit malfunction? and where is it located?(TSS)

also, code p0773-0A states that there is no release of clutch C1 at neutral control.

hope you could enlighten me on these things.
