2007 Opel Meriva Accelerating

I have just bought this car and have found when the engine is cold the car strugles to go up hills etc. and when i take my foot of the accelerator the engine stalls.

On the flat the car is fine.

The car has fited LPG and swaps when warm but this problem occurs with both fuels.

I have taken it to a garage and they have changed the filter on the LPG and the engine side also cleaned out the CAT, nothing shows on the ECU?
