1996 Opel Kadett Motor starts but wont idle.

1996 Opel Kadett 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

I have done the motor on this vehicle and now experince problems in getting this motor to run. I have been through the basics, checked for spark on all 4 cylinders with a timing light, checked ecu signals, checked ecu and jettronic wiring. I suspect air, but where do I start? The pipes appear to be good. Will the car start without the breather pipe from the sump to inlet side of throttle via the cam box?

Thr vehicle should start and run without the PCV hose .. replace it and try again .. also have you checked the timing ...it could be out a little ? also check all vacuum hoses are good and in place !!
