2002 Opel Astra 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

Hallo my Opel Astra g 1.6 16V is overheating I changed thermostat/temp sensor but fans doesn't cut in it overheats but when I turn off the engine the fans start to cool the radiator

have the cylinders compression tested .. did you replace the temp sensor or the temp sender ?
