1996 Opel Astra my air conditioning and "pull"

hello,
i bought my car recently with the air conditioning hardware intact but the air conditioning was not working. recently i had it fixed only to realise afer testing that it does not cool the interior enough even after an hour of use.

2. whilst the air conditioning is on the "pull" is so bad. for the first time since i bought the vehicle i have had to floor the accelerator in the second gear to keep the car going.

please help. thank you

Return the vehicle to the repair centre who did the aircon repair .. explain the faults and have them rectify them ... this is still a fault on the A/C somewhere !!
