1994 Opel Astra 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

The Timing belt has been changed but the car refuses to start. What do u think the problem is

if the timing belt was broken, you probably have bent valves on the cylinder head .. or you do not have the timing marks lined up correctly !!
