1994 Opel Astra Car Cuts Out

1994 Opel Astra Manual 230000 miles

I drive a Opel Astra 1.6 IS 94 model. when i drive the car cuts out and when i wanna start it again the battery is also flat. i have put a new regulator in the alternator, so what wlse can be the problem with the car just cutting out?

do you have electical leaks?
Or else the altenator is not working and the engine keeps running with the remaining voltage
