Hey JUSTICESEEKERS,

First check that the wiper arm has not come loose and the shaft is spinning inside the arm.

If it is loose adjust, re-tighten and retest.

If this does not fix the issue remove both wiper arms and the cowl panel underneath to access the wiper motor and transmission gear.

I have attached the instructions for removing the cowl.

It looks like these wiper transmissions have ball and socket joints that can potentially pop off.

Once you have the arms and cowl off if you operate the wipers and watch the motor/transmission you should be able to see what is going wrong.

Hope that helps, any further questions don't hesitate to ask.

Regards, Joe
