My right windshield wiper tries to move up and down but won't do it consistently. Is this a wiper motor? If so, is it an expensive fix. I have seen some motors on sell for 50 dollars but don't have an appx for labor.

If one is working and the other not, the motor is not the problem. Chances are the linkage is broken or disconnected. Remove the wiper arms, remove the cowl at the base of the windshield, and then you'll have access to the wiper linkage. Check it and let me know what you find.

Thanks for the comment. I will check that out tomorrow- Sunday-. I was thinking the redneck way and wondered if it was stripped, could I put gorilla glue in it. That was before I was to drive 5 hours in snowstorm. I'll have it done right though!
