The is a noise coming from one if the wheels. I replaced the back breaks. I checked the front breaks and they were fine. It's not a constant squeal but it sounds like there's a high point on something and every time the wheel makes a rotation, it rubs that one part. Has anyone experienced this or might have any advice for me? Thanks
