On top of fuel pump the little file that the hose connects to broke off

On top of the fuel pump where the hose connects to the fuel pump the little file that the hose connects to broke off. Is there a way to fix it?

Hi,

I attached a pic below. Are you referring to one of the connectors in the pic? If you are, that can't be repaired. They are under pressure and there really isn't a way to fix it.

Yes, I am referring to this, now it cranks but won't start.

If it is disconnected, it won't get the fuel to run. I suspect you will need to replace the fuel pump module assembly. Or have you already done that?
