I have OME upper control arms with greasable ball joints and I'd like to know the correct greasing procedure.
Do you need to disassemble the ball joint to clean out the old grease, or do you just pump in new grease through the zerk fitting until the old grease is pushed out?
Also:
How often do you grease them (km/miles or months)?
What type of grease do you recommend?
How do you know when to stop pumping so you don't damage the boot?
Any tips or experiences would be appreciated. Thanks!
