1985 Oldsmobile Toronado Wont' start.

Car started fine. Stopped at a gas station, car would not restart, just a humming noise from a module toward the front of the engine compartment. Will not jump start either.

Is this a battery, voltage regulator, neutral switch, or other problem?

Basically all of the things you mentioned could cause it. Do you have electric to other components?
