2003 Oldsmobile Silhouette Automatic 116000 miles

My 2003 Olds Silhouette Van has suddenly started vibrating when stopped in traffic. Once it is in Park, it doesn't vibrate. What can be causing this and who should I take it to? It is due for an oil change now.

it could just be a bad mount.
