2001 Oldsmobile Silhouette rear lamps

My passenger side rear lamp is acting up. Turn signal works fine until you press the brake, then the signal blinks at a sporadic rate. Also when you hit the brakes or have the tail lights on, both turn signals are constantly on, but dimly. When this happens, it occasionally knocks out the traction control as well.

check wiring, seems like have ground wire issue at one of the lamp assemblies.
