2000 Oldsmobile Silhouette noise is increased by speed

This noise is not engine related. And not transmision because it still goes on when vehicle in neutral.
It reduces a lot when I steer to the right. Otherwise the noise is there when I drive. Please help me identify the problem. Thank you.

Have you checked the power steering pump?
