Engine Performance problem
1998 Oldsmobile Silhouette 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 139.00 miles

I HAD TO REPLACE A BLOWN HEAD GASKET. NOW THAT ITS ALL BACK TOGETHER THE ENGINE WILL RUN UNTIL IT GETS WARM THEN THE VAN JUST QUITS RUNNING. I REPLACED ALL VACUUM LINES AND TPS AND IDLE FLOW SENSORS, BUT IT STILL STALLS WHEN IT GETS WARMED UP. CAN YOU TELL ME WHY?

Does it restart? Have you checked fuel pump pressure? Is the check engine light on?

DIAGNOSED AS EGR STICKING. AFTER REPLACING IT THE VEHICLE RUNS FINE. NEVER THREW A CODE OR NO ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON.
