1998 Oldsmobile Silhouette car do not starts

Vehicle suddenly stoped, after I did basic inspectios, I found out that no fuel pressure in the system and also I notes that have no pawer at fuel pump plugs connectios.

So what could be the problem? I hope you have goods tips on this.
